Payment Plans, Cancellations & Refund Policy

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your agreement. Flexible payment plans may be available; however, all payments made toward your session are non-refundable.

If you cancel your session, your retainer and any additional payments already made will be forfeited. In the case of a genuine emergency, payments may be transferred to one rescheduled date at the photographer’s discretion. Failure to follow the agreed-upon payment plan may result in the cancellation of your session without a refund.

No edited images, prints, products, or galleries will be released until the entire balance has been paid. All session packages and purchases are final. Additional images may be purchased separately and are not included unless specifically listed in your chosen package.

By booking a session or beginning a payment plan, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
